Todd Tillinghast, Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Todd founded Snowfall Software, the parent company of Snowfall Press in 2000. Seeing a need for a integrated hardware and software book printing solution, he formed Snowfall Press in 2007. Prior to Snowfall, Todd spent a decade at Sabre Decision Technologies, a division of American Airlines, where he architected and developed mission-critical logistics software systems for clients such as Toyota, Roadway Express, Kraft Foods, and Georgia-Pacific. Todd holds a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

When Todd is not working enjoys helping his kids with their sports and scouting activities and skiing - carving long graceful turns on Colorado many ski runs. He particularly likes to immerse himself in a good Riley’s technical book.

Brent Barnett, Chief Financial Officer
Brent came to Snowfall Press in early 2009 after fifteen years in the investment management industry as an equity research analyst and portfolio manager with Chilton Capital Management and Dyer, Robertson & Lamme in Houston, TX. He has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 1997. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA from the McCombs School at the University of Texas-Austin in 1994.

In his spare time, Brent enjoys coaching his four children in a variety of sports activities and spending time with his wife. Having grown up in Norman, Oklahoma, cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners, he is an avid college football and basketball fan.

Chaz Nichols - Director of Business and Alliance Development
Chaz joined Snowfall Press in 2009 after 15 years of high tech, global alliance management and marketing expertise with Seagate, Hewlett-Packard, Novell, and Artisoft. In his prior positions, he was responsible for building worldwide strategic alliances with IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, and AMD. He has led large, fast-paced corporate marketing departments on both the East and West Coasts - including top newspaper publishers – The San Francisco Chronicle and The San Francisco Examiner. Chaz holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising and Design from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

When Chaz is not working, you can find him racing his mountain bike throughout the woods on single-track trails, sailing, coaching his boys in sports, leading a men's Bible study, or spending time with his wife over a good cup of coffee.

Mike Pinch, Director of Printing Operations
Mike is the owner of D&L Press, a family-owned printing company. D&L, located in Phoenix, Arizona, has been in business for 50 years. Prior to joining Snowfall Press in 2008, Mike ran the day-to-day operations of D&L for 24 years. D&L is known for using new and innovative technologies to serve its clients. Its partnership with Snowfall Press continues in this tradition. Mike's knowledge and experience in the printing industry gives him unique insight into the quality and process evaluation needed to bring the best product to Snowfall's clients.

In his spare time Mike enjoys hiking through the rugged mountains in south Phoenix, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Josh Bannon, Lead Software Developer
Josh joined Snowfall Software in 2006 and has been with Snowfall Press since its inception. He is responsible for developing the online interfaces and back-end production software for Snowfall Press. His prior experience includes working as a web-application developer for the University of Colorado and as a programmer for a startup company developing social networking applications.

In his spare time Josh likes to hike in the mountains surrounding Colorado Springs and dream about his next purchase from Apple Computers.

David Sheets - Director of Sales
David is a book industry veteran with in-depth marketing, sales, and business development experience at some of the top publishers and distributors in the Christian Booksellers Association (CBA) and the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) - companies such as Tyndale, STLD, Multnomah, and Harvest House.  David is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

David has been married for eighteen years and has four children and two beagles. Recently transplanted back ‘home’ to Minnesota, in his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and watching his kids play sports.

Dave Buckert - Director of Business Development, Latin America
Dave has been an important ministry influence in Latin America since 1978. He lived in Venezuela with his family for 11 years and established a leading publishing house there. He has been married for 40 years and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Currently Dave lives in Tucson and travels often to Latin America. He has been involved in the printing and publishing industry for the last 45 years - working for publishers like Moody Press and others. He is fluent in Spanish and has extensive contacts throughout the Spanish speaking world. Dave is also the Latin American Director for the Center for Church Based Training located in Dallas, Texas.

In his spare time Dave loves to play the many great golf courses located in Tucson, Arizona, leading bible studies, and drinking rich coffee with friends who speak Spanish.

Anton Smeele - Director of Business Development, Europe, Asia
Anton has served not-for-profit organizations with publishing and printing needs for over 10 years. During the 1990s, he worked in Asia connecting not-for-profits in various projects throughout China, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Mongolia and Indonesia.

Born and raised in The Netherlands (from a Dutch Indonesian heritage) he started his career in the early 1980s in the logistics and travel industries before he was appointed - at the age of 23 – Vice-President of one of the 1st leading Venture Capital firms in The Netherlands. He enjoys using his diverse knowledge and skills in conjunction with others to positively impact the world.

He lives, and operates from a base, in The Netherlands and enjoys to spend as much time as possible with his family and to serve various ministries in Europe and Asia as a catalyst or board member when not traveling.
