YOU control the print process Imagine this: it’s 8 PM, you have just found out you need 15 copies of your book in San Francisco in three days – pop quiz: what are you going to do? With most printers you have to wait until the next morning to get started. Then you have to hope your customer service rep is in that day. When that person finally responds to your multiple pleas for a conversation you find it will be a week before you get your books. Now what are you going to do?
With Snowfall, we give YOU control of your printing. You have access to your work 24/7. Whether you are in your office, home, or on an airline WiFi link at 33,000 feet, you can upload a PDF, make changes to an existing book in your account, and then click print. Simple. You set the schedule. If it is the middle of the night, your book will be put into the print queue first thing in the morning...all without a customer service rep. With Snowfall your books would make it to San Francisco on time. Nice.
How we want to help you. The team at Snowfall Press believes we are here to exhibit leadership through serving our customers. But sometimes the best service we can give is to get out of your way and let you dictate when and where you need our intervention. If you need our help, we are ready to help. When you just want to get your print job going before the in-flight movie starts, we get out of your way and let you do just that.

Snowfall gives YOU back control of your shipping If you are an author, the last thing you want to do is have your day consumed with packaging and shipping books. Snowfall will ship your books directly to your end-users. And starting in the fall, Snowfall will have the capability to distribute your books directly to retail stores and through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
And if you are a small or medium sized publisher, outsourcing your direct shipping to Snowfall will make your business more efficient – keeping you focused on the task of publishing books.

Snowfall enables YOU to have zero inventory No inventory you ask? Yes. It is what authors and publishers have wanted for a long time…and it is now possible. In fact, moving forward, books will only be printed when they are paid for – and not before. How does that work? We will get to that in our next section. For now, because of our rapid turn-around time and low cost per book, you no longer have to print hundreds of books to get decent prices. From now on you just print the requests you get – not more, not less. Simple.

Printing books only once they have been purchased This idea will be the way all publishers and printers will operate in a few years…Snowfall just got here a few years earlier than most printers. By connecting your shopping cart technology to ours, when one of your customers purchases a book using your shopping cart, our central server gets an alert. The server determines where the book will be shipped and prints to a press as close to that end user as possible. Once printed, the book is shipped directly to the end user – leaving you to focus on your strengths – writing and publishing - not shipping and inventory control.
