Snowfall Press makes high-quality soft-backed books in lot sizes as small as one. The key to this is Snowfall's automation software. We automate book setup, print-node selection and the manufacturing process.
Print Nodes
Snowfall Press books are produced by distributed printing partners that we call "Print Nodes". These print nodes are run by established printing companies. We partner with these companies by means of our own next generation hardware and software solution - which allows Snowfall Press to automate the entire manufacturing process. By doing this, we reduce costs and ensure consistent results from any facility.
Capabilities
Our modular architecture lets us constantly improve our manufacturing capabilities. Currently, we make high-quality black-and-white interior perfect bound books. We will be adding color interior and spiral binding options later this year. We offer the most flexible trim sizes in the industry; since we automate the trimming hardware, we don't have to set up long runs of standardized sizes like other POD providers. We can also print the highest page count in the industry: up to 1600 pages.
