Recent survey about Snowfall Press services.
In October, we conducted our first customer survey. Thank you for participating in this survey-it gave us some great insights and will help us serve you better.
We received 139 responses from the more than 1100 accounts registered with Snowfall Press at the time, which gave us statistically relevant answers we can use. Here are a few of the highlights from the survey.

44% of our customers joined us in the last twelve months with 51% of our customers coming from an industry referral. Referrals come from happy customers, and a whopping 95% of our customers are satisfied or highly satisfied with Snowfall Press.

Our future looks bright. 96% of our customers said they are likely or highly likely to use Snowfall in the future.

An average of 60 new publishers are joining Snowfall Press each month.

For those customers who have used other digital printing companies, almost 2/3 (63%) rated our services higher or much higher than our competitors. This number could be higher, except that 30% of our customers don't know if we are better than our competitors because, in part, they haven't used anyone else.
