Road Map
- Stage 1 - Node one: With all of the hardware pieces in place the software and hardware pieces will be tested and refined before ramp up.
- Stage 2 - Distributed nodes: Five facilities will handle increased volumes and refine processes and procedures for setting up new nodes.
- Stage 3 - Base nodes: Expand to 20 facilities to deliver the most basic level of distributed printing.
- Stage 4 - Expansion: As each facility moves past target volumes, additional nodes will be brought on line.
Each print node will start with a single print engine/binder/trimmer. As volume increases a second print engine/binder/trimmer will be added or the additional volume can added to an additional print node.
